Hi, welcome to our 'Home Page.' It's being put together by Year 6 pupils from Bar Hill School, and it's our place on the Web!

Bar Hill is a village about 5 miles north west of Cambridge on the A14. We have a Tesco superstore, Forbuoys and a mall with other shops. We have a big village green with a Village hall, a scouts hall, a play park and also a tennis court. There are lot's of clubs including, Red Cross, football clubs, a tennis club, Scouts, Cubs, Beavers and a few dance clubs. There are over 4,000 people in our village.

Bar Hill Community Primary School has 13 classrooms and around about 400 kids. The age group for the school is 5-11 and our headteacher is Mrs Whyte.

We have nice bright classrooms, a library, a resources room and a main hall where we have PE and assemblies. We also have a computer room and also a computer in every class. Outside we have a wildlife area, a pond area and two playgrounds. On one playground we can play football and on the other playground we have tyres, punts, benches and a train for the Reception children.

Year 6 do duty groups where we do things like answering the phone, tidying the library and litter patrol.

Bar Hill School is a cool place to be.
