A big ’thank-you’ to last years Citizen group who have now moved on to Swavesey Village College and Cottenham Village College. They were an amazing group of children who were very dedicated to their work as Citizens. We enjoyed a great day out in Cambridge as a celebration of their work and which was made more memorable by having some refreshments in Bills. A huge thank you to Stella's mum!
The Camhill’s Cafe in October was a great success. In addition, the stall at the Christmas fair raised further funds, part of which has already been donated to the Phillipines appeal.
The citizens are keen to take on the responsibility of working in the playground, playing and supporting younger children and helping them eat their lunch.
Our children love to support our community as Bar Hill is a great place to grow up in. Previous Citizenship groups have redesigned and helped improve the garden out side the Library and also designed and raised money for the Church memorial garden as well as supporting local charities such as Milton Hospice for Sick Children.
Our citizenship group is led by Dr Mistrano (Head teacher) and Mrs Tabram (Deputy head) .

Our Christmas fair was a huge success and we raised over £250! Our next fair is planned for the last day of the Easter term which will obviously have an Easter theme!
