Dear Parents/Carers
This year our Christmas Lunch will be on Friday 19th December, the last day of term.
Every child has a Christmas Cracker, we have festive music playing and the atmosphere is always wonderful. The meal is served to the children by their teachers and support staff. The lunch break is extended by half an hour so that everyone can relax and enjoy the occasion.
This years menu and reply slip is here.
Kevin needs to know by Monday 15th December how many children to cater for, so please return the tear off slip to the office by Monday at the latest.

Dear Parents/Carers
Christmas Hampers & Christmas Colouring Competition
Raffle tickets for the hampers are available from the school office. Cost is £1.00 per strip.
Colouring sheets are also available from the school office at 50p per sheet.
Plant Delivery
If you ordered one of the Christmas plant bowls, they will be delivered to the school on Thursday, 11th December. Please collect at the end of the school day.
Presents For Teachers/Oxfam Send A Camel Collection
Over the past three years we have talked to the children about those less fortunate than themselves at Christmas. The teachers have said that instead of presents to them, they encourage the children to make a small donation to Oxfam’s Christmas Appeal, if you would prefer to do this.
Cheques should be made out to ‘Oxfam’ and sent in an envelope marked ‘Oxfam’s Send A Camel’.
Also, many thanks to all those who brought in shoeboxes for Operation Christmas child.
Reminder
Please ensure that no photographs are taken during your child’s Christmas performance. There will be opportunities for photos after the concert.
Videos can be taken during the performance but parents must stand on the left hand side of the church only. Reception parents will need to stand at the back of the school hall, but be aware that the children will need to be able to walk up the sides of the hall and along the back.
Parents will need to sign a permission form from the school office in order to video.
End of Term Disco
This will be held on Friday, 19th December. Tickets are now available from the school office and cost £2.00.

Children are not to come via the school office in the mornings. They are to go to their classrooms via the appropriate outside class door.
Also, just a reminder that no pushchairs are allowed beyond the school foyer.
