Dramawise
A Part Time Performing Arts School
As promised, here is further information on the exciting new drama club we are hosting at the school come January (letter to follow shortly).
Message From The Director - We will be opening up a new branch of Dramawise in Bar Hill Primary in January. There will be two session. The first will be for those aged 7 to 10 years from 4.45pm to 6.45pm and for 11 to 16 years from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
These sessions will be based on acting, mime, improvisation, interview techniques, audition techniques and all aspects of theatre production.
There will be a chance for those who wish to enter Festivals of Speech and Drama and to be in musical productions at The Junction and Corn Exchange in Cambridge. There can also be one to one training for those wishing to apply to drama school entrance.
Dramawise also has its own professional Agency, so that those who wish may have professional auditions for Theatre, Television and Commercial advertising. The emphasis is on fun with learning. All our tutors have been trained in theatre and are CRB checked, several being licensed chaperones.
These sessions are led by Frances Brownlie LGSM, LRAM, ADB. For more information please phone Frances on 01223-832288 or email me at frances.wyse@btinternet.com
