Camill’s Sunshine Café
This was a great success and I am very proud of my young citizens who organised this! Many thanks to all of you who came and supported it.
The next café is on Wednesday, 12th March. This is also Discovery Detective Day so please drop in for tea, coffee and homemade cake in the studio.
In the meantime if you have any unwanted toys, books or gifts we would be grateful if you could donate them to our citizen café school.

Cake Tins
Mrs Lewney has a variety of cake tins in her office from cakes donated for the Citizenship Group Café. Please come and collect them!
Absence Letters
If your child is going to be off school, please remember to phone in and leave a message either on the answer machine or with someone in the office for each day they are off.
Upon their return, please make sure your child has an absence note for the teacher, which has the dates of the days they were off.
If you do not send in an absence note to the teacher it goes in as an unauthorised absence.
Reminder
During the first three weeks of May children in all year groups [except reception and year 1] throughout England take assessment tests. Year 2 and 6 children are also taking their national SATs tests. Year 6s SAT week is 12th – 16th May.
I hope you all have a lovely half-term.
School resumes on Monday, 18th February.
Best wishes
